1. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. Products may be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:

• The product does not match the type, size, or model as specified in the order.

• The quantity is insufficient, or product sets are incomplete as committed.

• The product has manufacturing defects affecting its quality and performance.

• The product is damaged (torn packaging, scratched, or deformed) during transportation.

Note:

• Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) and the purchase invoice when requesting a return or exchange.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition with intact labels and packaging.

2. Return/Exchange Timeline and Process

• Notification period: Within 48 hours of receiving the order (for damaged, defective, or missing items).

• Return shipping deadline: Within 14 days from the delivery date.
