Hangzhou Todaytec Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300743) was founded in 2002 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Growth Enterprise Market (GEB) in 2018. It is one of the world’s leading suppliers of thermal transfer ribbon (TTR) solutions.
As a key national high-tech enterprise, Todaytec owns a provincial-level R&D center and plays a pioneering role in formulating national industry standards, including GB/T28439-2012 – General Guidelines for Thermal Transfer Ribbon.
From its early days of researching and developing fax machine ribbons, the company has continually innovated new formulas, processes, and materials for TTR, expanding into various product categories and application fields.
As one of the first enterprises in China to specialize in TTR products, Todaytec has grown into a leading player in the barcode ribbon industry, known for its strong competitiveness and global reputation.
Today, Todaytec has established large-scale production bases in Hangzhou and Huzhou and has set up subsidiaries in 10 countries, including Brazil, France, the USA, Canada, and more.

Established Wholly-Owned Subsidiarian Hangzhou Jianshuo Digital Co.
2003
Todaytec, as a key research and development unit for industrial and commercial technology, officially became a member of the Todaytec Group and initiated the compilation of the general technical standard for thermal transfer ribbons (TTR) T/TMD-2005.
2005
Became the City's Enterprise Technology Center. Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR) products were recognized as key national new products by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Simultaneously, Todaytec officially established the TTR industry standard.
2008
Recognized as a leading national high-tech enterprise.
2009
Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Jianshou Digital.
Commenced operations at the new economic and trade industrial base in Tiandong, Hangchao.
Founded a subsidiary in the United States, expanding into the international market.
Launched two new wax ribbons: TDW121 and TDM200.
2010
Todaytec was honored with the "Independent Innovation Growth Award" for outstanding enterprises, presented by the China Computer Industry Association (CCIA).
2011
Todaytec successfully launched TDW131 wax ribbon, demonstrating a commitment to continuous innovation and superior product quality.
2012
Todaytec continued to expand its product portfolio by launching TDW108 wax ribbon and TDM230 wax/resin ribbon, meeting diverse customer printing needs.
2013
Todaytec continued to expand its global network, establishing a subsidiary in the United Kingdom.
2015
Todaytec continued to solidify its global presence by establishing 2 new subsidiaries in India, Mexico, and a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Tianhao Digital Co., Ltd., marking a significant step in expanding its operational footprint and meeting diverse international market demands.
2016
Established a subsidiary in Canada, simultaneously introducing the TDM238 wax-resin ribbon, demonstrating a commitment to advanced printing solutions.
2017
Todaytec continued its global expansion by establishing a subsidiary in France. Concurrently, the company introduced new products to the market: TDR901 resin ribbon, TDR350 resin ribbon, and TDW133 wax ribbon.
2018
Todaytec officially announced its successful listing on the GEM Board with stock code 300743.SZ.
2019
Todaytec launched 4 new ribbons: TDR235, TDR370, TDM600, and TDW1085. All new products are designed to meet diverse printing needs, from common printing to specialized applications
2020
Todaytec continued to introduce new products, including:
TTO Wax/Resin Ribbons: TDM668, TDM240P
Wax Ribbons: TDW132 & TDW136.
2021
Todaytec launched the Wax/Resin ribbon TDM242.
2022
Todaytec was honored with the "SRDI Little Giant" title by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. Todaytec affirmed its global leading position with a distribution network spanning over 100 countries and regions, meeting diverse market demands. Additionally, the TDR375 resin ribbon was launched, specifically designed to meet the specialized needs of the textile printing label industry.
